January’s wine and food pairing at The Holland was all about intentional flavors and easy conversation. Each course flowed naturally into the next, with wines chosen to highlight the flavors on the plate rather than compete with them. From fresh, citrus-driven whites to structured reds and a decadent dessert pairing, the menu unfolded at a comfortable pace that encouraged guests to slow down and enjoy every pour.
Guests were also treated to a visit from Chef Eric, who stopped by to talk through the menu and connect with diners throughout the evening. The result was a relaxed, communal dining experience—thoughtful food, great wine, and a room full of people clearly having a good time.
